I found that scissors were slightly useless in this process, luckily wire cutters are very helpful. This whole process is super simple. The green berry branches you see above were plastic and each little sprig just popped right off. No need for scissors or wire cutters, it was great! And as for the red berry branches, those are wire based but are super easy to take apart.
Once you have done that, it is time to assemble your wreath.
This type of wreath base is perfect for just weaving the wire ends into it with the hot glue. It is all up to you how full you want your wreath to be. So just keep gluing until you have the perfect wreath for your front door!
With love,
Whitney
Did you wrap the flowers around the wreath?or just stick them in and weave them to secure it?
ReplyDeleteWith this kind of wreath base it was easiest to just put a dab of hot glue and weave in the wire ends. I would always try it first without hot glue to make sure I didn't run into any issues weaving it in well. I hope that helps! :)
